Every Abyss product carries warranty against manufacturing defects for the period mentioned on the respective product.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase or receipt of the product, whichever is later. Customers may submit complaints by email or telephone. You can also notify us for warranty claims via WhatsApp (7218000888). You can also write to sales@abysslocks.com

The warranty is valid for the products purchased only from ABYSS official channel with original invoice and upon showing proof of defects
INSTALLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS: Wooden doors may get minor uneven finishing near striker plate and mortise/lock body inside the door, which is very normal while installing large locks. These cannot be repaired by our team and hence cannot be compensated.

Order cancellation – Orders can be cancelled/returned within 7 days from receipt of the product by contacting support number 7218000888. Once installed product cannot be returned
Lock Usage – In the emergency you need to keep at least 1 Manul key outside of the house / office with you always in case of emergencies if system fails due to any reason, you can open door with physical keys. ABYSS does not keep any spare of master key.

In case if the battery is discharged you can use power bank with cable to unlock the door provided the battery is present in the lock.
Lock software App usage and support
Use all APP features to optimum level and when necessary, so to save battery. For usage of APP user should ensure to place the WiFi router about 1.5 – 2 meters from the lock. All our locks work with 2.4 GHZ. It is recommended to use WiFi signal booster for best result in case of router distance is long.

It is recommended to have minimum internet speed of 40-50MBPS from a reputed service provider. In case if there is intermittent internet signal loss you may experience delayed or no command execution by the lock especially for the models having video conference facility which requires higher bandwidth
For any support related to lock software like APP reconfiguration settings and adding users, fingerprint etc will be done on phone call to our support team only.

If customer need visit for any lock related service after initial installation and configuration it will be charged at INR 500 per visit as per company policy within that city


Note : Lock with video surveillance / 2-way Conference facility: Some models with video surveillance is having sleep mode to save Battey. You need to TAP the Lock screen to wake up the lock by touching front touch panel to use all features of the lock.
Lock function and battery
Warranty covers electrical parts, Mortise lock body for 2 years from Max 30 days from date of purchase. Lithium battery has 1 year warranty. Physical damages like handle broken or tampering of the lock or scratches does not get covered under warranty.
